When you book a discovery call, request an Assessment, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

Name, email address, phone number, business name, and business size
Content of any messages or forms you send us
Voice recordings and transcripts from the Bluevera Assessment intake interview, conducted through our voice-agent vendor
Payment information (collected by our payment processor, not stored by Bluevera)
Business operational information you share during the engagement so we can deliver the Assessment

This information is collected through standard server logs and may be processed by analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Service providers that help us deliver our services, such as our voice-agent vendor (Retell.ai), our payment processor (Stripe), our CRM provider (HubSpot), our scheduling tool (Cal.com), our email provider (Google Workspace), and our analytics tool (Google Analytics). Each of these vendors operates under their own privacy practices.
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case we would notify you in advance.

We use the enterprise or team-tier plans on our vendors wherever possible to ensure your data is not used to train third-party AI models. We can provide vendor data-processing agreements on request.

4. How long we keep information

We retain client engagement records (transcripts, reports, communications) for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting compliance, typically seven years. Marketing prospect data is kept until you ask us to remove it. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
