This Privacy Policy describes how Bluevera Ventures LLC, doing business as Bluevera Advisory ("Bluevera," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit blueveraadvisory.com or engage our services.

When you book a discovery call, request an Assessment, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, business name, and business size
- Content of any messages or forms you send us
- Voice recordings and transcripts from the Bluevera Assessment intake interview, conducted through our voice-agent vendor
- Payment information (collected by our payment processor, not stored by Bluevera)
- Business operational information you share during the engagement so we can deliver the Assessment
Information collected automatically
When you visit blueveraadvisory.com, we may collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent, and links clicked
- Referring website
This information is collected through standard server logs and may be processed by analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the services you request, including the Assessment and any follow-on engagements
- Communicate with you about your engagement, scheduling, and follow-up
- Process payments and send invoices

3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us deliver our services, such as our voice-agent vendor (Retell.ai), our payment processor (Stripe), our CRM provider (HubSpot), our scheduling tool (Cal.com), our email provider (Google Workspace), and our analytics tool (Google Analytics). Each of these vendors operates under their own privacy practices.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
- Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case we would notify you in advance.
4. How long we keep information
We retain client engagement records (transcripts, reports, communications) for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting compliance, typically seven years. Marketing prospect data is kept until you ask us to remove it. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements

Bluevera Advisory is a B2B service. Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
